Delivery
- Delivery times: We use first class recorded post and aim to dispatch all orders within two days of receipt excluding weekends. We recommend that you allow up to 10 working days for delivery.
- If you live in Scottish Highlands & Islands or an island in the British Isles, we cannot do Next Day Delivery - this usually takes at least 2 days.
- Larger orders: These are better dispatched using a courier service and will require a signature on receipt.
- Contact us: Please email sales@wentworth-pewter.com if you wish to check the progress of your order or if you wish to use a different delivery method then those listed.
Christmas hours
We close for two weeks during Christmas. We can deliver during this time, however please expect longer delivery times. We will keep all customers informed of delays wherever possible.
Returns
We hope you will be delighted with your order from Pewter Craft and we make every effort to ensure that you receive it in immaculate condition. However, if you’re not completely satisfied, we will issue you a full refund or replacement. Please contact us prior to returning your item and within 28 days of placing your order.
Repairs
We are happy to quote for and repair any damaged pewter items if we can. Please contact us if you wish to use this service.
